I had an excellent experience with C Tourism Office in Hanoi. We arrived in Vietnam without any travel plan, and Mr. C organized our entire itinerary professionally and efficiently. He arranged our Ha Long Bay cruise. He also booked our overnight sleeper bus trip to Sapa (round trip), as well as our domestic flights to Da Nang (round trip). What impressed us the most was that his service did not end with making the bookings. . .

Luckily, I stumbled upon this small travel agency and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Cuong—a truly warm-hearted person. He went out of his way to make everything I wanted happen.
